Tuesday, February 7th.................................................Bone-In Pork Shanks.
Two meaty, fall off the bone slow roasted pork shanks, braised with white wine, chicken broth, onions, mushrooms and carrots. Served with white rice.

Wednesday, February 8th...............................Slow Roasted Angus Pot Roast.
A well marbled Angus roast, slow roasted in our oven with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and spices. Served with mashed potatoes and pan gravy.

Thursday, February 9th...............................Arturo's Famous Chiles Rellenos.
One of our best items! A poblano chile, roasted and stuffed with ground beef, onions, raisins, almond slivers and pepperjack cheese, dipped in egg batter and fried golden brown. Served covered in a creamy white sauce with house made refried beans and rice.

Friday, February 10th.................................Lobster Bisque and Shrimp Salad.
With a smooth and velvety texture, this rich, creamy, well seasoned bisque will warm you up on a cold day. Served with a shrimp salad and garlic bread. It's so good you're going to want a bowl!
